Do you have a walk-in shop?
Yes, we do! You can visit us at our shop in Randburg Mikro Industrial Park, Unit D1, 17-19 Hammer Ave. We’re open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 16:30, and Fridays from 09:00 to 16:00. We’re closed on weekends and public holidays. The shop accepts cash, card, and EFT payments.
Are your products certified Halaal?

Do you deliver?
Absolutely! We deliver nationwide across South Africa. At the moment, we do not offer international deliveries.
How long does delivery take?
Short answer: 1–5 working days. Local deliveries (greater Gauteng) typically arrive in 1–2 days. Major centres take about 2–3 days, and outlying areas can take up to five working days. We use a third-party courier (FastWay), so while we don’t control their delivery times, we make sure your parcel is packed and handed over to them as fast as humanly possible.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is automatically calculated at checkout and usually ranges between R65–R300 depending on your order size, weight, and location. The good news? Most of our orders qualify for free delivery! Orders over R350 in greater Gauteng and over R500 nationwide get free shipping.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! Just select “collection” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pick-up. Collections are from our Randburg shop during our normal business hours.
Can I buy your products if I’m just a home user?
Definitely! While we supply a lot of cafes and restaurants, our products are perfect for home use too. Whether you’re a boba beginner or a full-on bubble tea connoisseur, we’ve got options for everyone.
Do you sell bursting boba, tapioca and flavoured powders?
Yes, we sell all the key bubble tea ingredients including bursting boba, tapioca pearls, flavoured powders, syrups, concentrates and toppings. You’ll find everything you need in one place.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments (Visa & Mastercard), EFT, and SnapScan on our website. In-store, you can pay by cash, card, or EFT.
What if something is missing or damaged in my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, and we’ll sort it out. We’re real people and we genuinely care—mistakes can happen, but we always make it right.
Do your powders and syrups contain dairy?
Some of our powders do contain dairy, while others are dairy-free and vegan-friendly. Please check the product descriptions for details, or reach out if you’re unsure—we’re happy to guide you.
