How to Make Your Rooibos Milk Tea:

Ingredients:

• •37g Rooibos Milk Tea powder (use the included 50ml scoop)
• •100ml hot water or base tea
• •300ml ice
• •Milk/milk alternative OR 37g of our creamer

Instructions:

• 1.Add the Rooibos Milk Tea powder to a shaker using the included 50ml scoop.
• 2.Pour in the hot water or tea, stirring until the powder is fully dissolved.
• 3.Top with ice and add milk or your preferred milk alternative to the shaker.
• 4.Shake vigorously for 15 seconds, or until the mixture is frothy.

Preparing the Tapioca Pearls:

• 1.Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil (use about 7-10 cups of water for 1 cup of tapioca pearls).
• 2.Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water, stirring gently to prevent sticking.
• 3.Reduce the heat to medium and let the pearls cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• 4.Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let the pearls sit for an additional 25-30 minutes until they reach the desired chewiness.
• 5.Drain the pearls and rinse them under cold water.
• 6.Transfer the cooked pearls to a bowl and mix in a generous amount of Brown Sugar Syrup to coat them evenly, enhancing sweetness and flavor.

Assembling Your Bubble Tea:
