The moment we receive payment from you we will send out your order for delivery. If you chose to pay via EFT, please email us a proof of payment to ensure the speediest delivery possible. Deliveries to Major Centres are often delivered within 1 working day. Deliveries to Outlying Areas are often delivered within 3 working days. If you do not receive a tracking number within 90 minutes of paying for your order (during business hours), please contact us and we will sort it out.

Description

Derived from the Butterfly Pea Flower (Clitoria ternatea), which has been used as an all-natural dye for centuries, Butterfly Pea Powder is now being used by bartenders, chefs and foodies around the world to make award winning dishes and drinks.
One of its most distinctive characteristics is that the all-natural colour will change with the pH balance (adding lemon juice for instance) from it’s signature dark blue to a magenta making it a true culinary chameleon.
Use butterfly pea powders bold colours and subtle sweet floral notes to make lemonades, smoothies, chia pudding, hot foods (like pasta and bread), ice cream and so much more!
The only limit is your imagination!
