An Update on the eBubbles Rewards Programme

At BTSO, we’re always looking for ways to improve how our online store works, from checkout flow and site speed to pricing and product availability.

As part of this ongoing effort, we’ve made the decision to discontinue the eBubbles rewards programme.

Why we’re making this change

While eBubbles was created with good intentions, it hasn’t delivered the value we hoped it would for most customers. Rather than maintaining a system that adds complexity without clear benefit, we’ve chosen to focus our time and energy on areas that have a more direct impact, such as better pricing, smoother shopping, and continued product improvements.

This change also forms part of a broader effort to simplify and streamline the BTSO online experience.

What this means for customers

If you currently have eBubbles on your account:

• You can continue to redeem your existing eBubbles as normal until 28 February 2026
• After this date, the eBubbles programme will end and any remaining balances will expire
• If you have a balance, we recommend using your eBubbles before the cutoff date.

What stays the same

Nothing else about how you shop with BTSO is changing. Our full product range, service levels, and commitment to quality remain exactly the same and we’re continuing to invest in improvements that make your experience better overall.
