You have 7 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.
Only items purchased directly from BTSO are eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returned items must be unopened and in their original condition.

Delivery Policy

We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Delivery Process

Orders are processed as soon as payment is received.
If paying via EFT, please email your proof of payment to expedite processing.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number within 90 minutes (during business hours). If not, contact us for assistance.
