Cocktail Recipes

• 2 Vodka
• ¾ Simple Syrup
• 3 Basil Leaves
• 1 Lime
• 1 Tablespoon Kiwi Boba
• Robertson Barbeque Spice

Method:

1. Squeeze lime into shaker, add basil leaves together with simple syrup and muddle.
2. Add vodka and ice into shaker and shake.
3. Pour over Kiwi boba in a short glass.
4. Garnish with a basil leaf and a sprinkle of barbecue spice.
5. Enjoy!

• 1 Teaspoon Orange Marmalade
• 1 gin
• 1 triple sec
• 1 ½ sourmix
• 1 tablespoon Pomegranate Boba

Method:

1. Add marmalade and gin to shaker and stir.
2. Add trip sec, sourmix and ice and shake.
3. Strain over Pomegranate Boba in martini glass.
4. Garnish with wedge of toast.
5. Enjoy!

• 1 ¼ Vodka
• ½ Monin Apple Puree
• 1 Sour Mix
• Lemonade
• 1 table spoon Litchi Boba

Method:

1. Add vodka, apple puree, sourmix and ice to shaker and shake.
2. Strain over Litchi Boba in  tall glass.
3. Top with Lemonade.
4. Garnish with apple slice.
5. Enjoy!
