Milk Bubble Tea
INGREDIENTS:ย
- Tea (Black/ Green/ Rooibos)
- Preferably warm/ hot tea to help dissolve the Milk Tea Powder
- Milk Tea Powder
- Milk or Cream
- Sugar (optional)
- Tapioca Pearls
- Ice

Method:ย
- Brew Tea
- Cook Tapioca Pearls (1 part tapioca to 8 parts boiling water, boil for 40 minutes, cover and let it sit for ย 15 minutes. Strain and rinse cooked tapioca with cold water. Sprinkle with sugar)
- Add 35g Milk Tea Powder and sugar (to taste) to 100ml of brewed tea and stir until dissolved
- Add 1-2 table spoons of cooked tapioca (if you use more, we wonโt judge!) to a 500ml glass/ mason jar
- Pour your milky tea creation over the cooked Tapioca Pearls
- Fill the glass/ jar with ice
- Top with milk or cream
- Stir
- Enjoy!
Hints & Tips
- You may substitute the brewed tea with hot water for a simpler variation

Fusion Iced Bubble Tea
INGREDIENTS:

Method:
- Add 50ml of your choice of Rooibos Infused Syrup to 200ml- 300ml of water in a 500ml glass/ jar and Stir.
- Add 1-2 table spoons of your choice of toppings to your Rooibos Iced Tea.
- Top with ice.
- Enjoy!
Hints & Tips
- Use still water for better results
- Remember to buy a big fat straw to suck up the toppings. Either a Stainless Steel Bubble Tea Straw or Fat Biodegradable Straw will work.

Simple Bubble Tea

- Toppings (Bursting Boba/ Tapioca/ Jelly)

- Pour Iced Tea of your choice into glass
- Add Toppings
- Enjoy!
