Kids love it

The Bubble Tea Shop products are fantastic. What you guys need to work on is your couriering service. They suck.

Hi Sandra, thank you for your review! We’re really glad you’re happy with the products. We completely understand your frustration with the courier, and we’re sorry that your order didn’t go as smoothly as it should have.
Unfortunately, nationwide courier service is something we’ve struggled with for some time. We’ve tried a number of different courier companies and are currently using the option that has given us the most reliable service overall , although, as your experience shows, there is definitely still room for improvement.
