EASY MATCHA BUBBLE TEA RECIPE USING THIS BUBBLE TEA KIT

Add 3 or 4 tbsp (+-35g) matcha powder to 150ml of hot water and stir until smooth. Add 1 scoop cooked tapioca pearls and 300g of ice to finish. Add creamer or milk for a smoother, thicker blend.

DELICIOUS HOT MATCHA TEA RECIPE

Add 3 or 4 tsp of matcha powder to a cup and half fill with hot water and stir until powder fully dissolves. Top with hot milk and enjoy a rich and creamy milk tea.

WHAT IS TAPIOCA?

Tapioca is a starch derived from cassava tubers (roots) which are common to much of South and Central America. It contains no animal products and is 100% vegan.

Interestingly, bubble tea gets its name from the froth which is formed when the milky tea was shaken with ice.
