eBubbles Rewards Program – Terms and Conditions

The eBubbles Rewards Program is operated by BTSO (Pty) Ltd, trading as Bubble Tea Shop Online. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility

1.1 The eBubbles Rewards Program is open to individuals with an active account on www.bubbleteashoponline.co.za.
1.2 Only one account per individual is allowed. Duplicate accounts are not eligible for combined eBubbles balances.
1.3 Membership is free, but participation requires account registration on the website.

2. Earning eBubbles

2.1 Members earn 1 eBubble for every R1 spent, excluding shipping and tax.
2.2 eBubbles will only be earned on eligible purchases made through www.bubbleteashoponline.co.za.
2.3 eBubbles are awarded based on the total amount spent (excluding shipping, tax, and any discounts or coupons applied).
2.4 Additional eBubbles may be earned through promotional offers or completing specific actions, as outlined on the website.
2.5 eBubbles earned through product reviews, referrals, or promotional activities may have specific conditions and limitations, as detailed in the respective offer.
2.6 No eBubbles will be earned on cancelled orders, refunded items, or returned purchases.

3. Redeeming eBubbles

3.1 eBubbles can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases at www.bubbleteashoponline.co.za.
3.2 A minimum balance of 2500 eBubbles is required to redeem rewards (e.g., 2500 eBubbles = R25).
3.3 Redeemed eBubbles will be deducted from your balance at checkout.
3.4 eBubbles cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
3.5 Discounts applied using eBubbles are non-refundable in case of order cancellation or product return.

4. Expiration of eBubbles

4.1 eBubbles will expire 18 months from the date they are earned, unless redeemed before that time.
4.2 BTSO (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to notify members about impending expiration, but it is the member’s responsibility to track their eBubbles balance.

5. Program Modifications and Termination

5.1 BTSO (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the eBubbles Rewards Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
5.2 Changes may include, but are not limited to:

• Altering the number of eBubbles earned per rand spent.
• Changing the redemption thresholds or conditions.
• Introducing new earning or redemption opportunities.
  5.3 In the event of program termination, any remaining eBubbles must be redeemed within 30 days, after which they will be forfeited.

6. Misuse of the Program

6.1 BTSO (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member’s account and cancel accrued eBubbles if:

• Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is detected.
• False or misleading information is provided.
• The member violates any terms of the program.
  6.2 Suspended or terminated accounts will forfeit all remaining eBubbles.

7. Liability

7.1 BTSO (Pty) Ltd will not be held liable for:

• Lost or expired eBubbles.
• Rewards not received due to incorrect account information.
• Any tax liability incurred by members as a result of rewards earned or redeemed.
  7.2 eBubbles do not constitute property, and no member shall have any ownership or other legal interest in accrued eBubbles.

8. General Provisions

8.1 By participating in the eBubbles Rewards Program, members agree to comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations.
8.2 The interpretation and application of these terms are at the sole discretion of BTSO (Pty) Ltd.
8.3 Any disputes arising from the program will be resolved under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to South African courts.
