How do I earn eBubbles?

Simply create a free account on www.bubbleteashoponline.co.za You must be logged in when you check out to have eBubbles added to your account.

Every new account created from 22/03/2020 will earn 2000 eBubbles automatically.

For every R1.00 you spend, you will earn 1 eBubble. For every 100 eBubbles you earn, you will receive R1.00 reward certificate to use on a future purchase.

You can save these eBubbles for even more savings. This excludes shipping and tax. Any rand amount with cents over or under 50 will be rounded up toward an eBubble. An eBubble will only be given for all amounts excluding shipping and tax.

Once you reach 2500 eBubbles you will be able to apply them on your checkout. You can always review your current eBubbles balance by looking into the “Loyalty Program” section. Once again, you must be logged into your account to do this.

You may earn eBubbles by:

• Earn 2500 eBubbles for each product review you leave on our website (1 review per product you have bought)
• Earn 3500 eBubbles for placing 4 orders in 6 months
• Earn 3500 eBubbles for spending R3000 in 6 months
• Earn 2250 eBubbles for buying at least 1 of each boba flavour we have from 21/07/2020 onwards
• Earn 10 000 eBubbles when reaching a R10 000 lifetime spend
• Earn 2000 eBubbles automatically for every new account created from 22/03/2020 onwards

What can I redeem my eBubbles for?

You can redeem your eBubbles for credit toward future purchases at bubbleteashoponline.co.za

How many eBubbles do I need to earn a reward?

You need to collect a minimum of 2500 eBubbles. After you collect 2500 eBubbles, you will have R25.00 to spend on a future purchase. You may save this reward and accumulate more, or you may spend it immediately.

The following is an example of how eBubbles are calculated:

• 1,000 eBubbles = R10
• 2,500 eBubbles = R25
• 5,000 eBubbles = R50
• 7,500 eBubbles = R75
• 10,000 eBubbles = R100

Do eBubbles expire?

eBubbles will pop (expire) after 18 months.

It is the BTSO (Pty) Ltd member’s responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions regarding BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards. Use of BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions by each BTSO (Pty) Ltd member.

Rules Concerning BTSO (Pty) Ltd eBubbles

Only BTSO (Pty) Ltd registered members can participate in BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards and earn eBubbles. Members earn one eBubble for each rand purchased unless otherwise stated. Members must be logged in with their account at check-out to accumulate eBubbles. Members will not receive any eBubbles when a purchase is cancelled, or an item is returned. Only items purchased from www.bubbleteashoponline.co.za are eligible for eBubbles.

Terms and Conditions

BTSO (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the number of eBubbles already accumulated. BTSO (Pty) Ltd may also withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the number of eBubbles required for reward redemption or change the number or type of rewards offered. BTSO (Pty) Ltd will have final decision should any disputes over BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards or the awarding of eBubbles arise. BTSO (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of purchases. BTSO (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to terminate a member’s BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards’ account and cancel accrued eBubbles if BTSO (Pty) Ltd believes, in its sole discretion, that the member is abusing the BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards program, or is misrepresenting any information furnished to BTSO (Pty) Ltd. Any fraudulent use of BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards will automatically revoke any and all benefits, and the right to any further participation in BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards. BTSO (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for rewards that are not received by a member as a result of a member’s failure to input the intended shipping address. BTSO (Pty) Ltd’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by BTSO (Pty) Ltd in writing. Should BTSO (Pty) Ltd offer rewards from any partners, BTSO (Pty) Ltd will not be responsible for any partner’s participation in or withdrawal from BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards. eBubbles earned by a member in two or more different accounts cannot be combined to redeem any award. eBubbles are non-transferable. eBubbles can not redeemed for cash. Members are solely responsible for any tax liability related to participation in BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards. Members agree that BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards and any member benefits related to the program do not create any property rights in favour of the member. The laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, will govern these Terms and Conditions. If any legal action relating to the customer’s use of BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards or these terms, the customer agrees to file such action only in courts in South Africa. The interpretation and application of the policies, procedures, or rewards of BTSO (Pty) Ltd Rewards are in the sole discretion and determination of BTSO (Pty) Ltd, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.
