How to Make Your Bubble Tea

Step 1
Add 100ml hot water to a microwavable container and add 1 scoop of custard powder. Stir until fully dissolved.

Step 2
Add 1 packet of instant tapioca and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds until the tapioca is soft and chewy, time may vary depending on your microwave.

Step 3
Pour the mixture into a 500ml glass filled with ice.

Step 4
Top with milk or your favourite dairy alternative.

Step 5
Stir well and enjoy your homemade bubble tea.
