Over the years we have grown to be a brand that you can trust with many of our products and ingredients being imported directly from Taiwan, the home of bubble tea. We have carefully selected and vetted each product to be sure that they are of the highest quality before being manufactured for us under our brand. Where possible, we have sourced local products, such as our syrups and concentrates, to support our local craftsman and also ensure a constant supply of quality vetted products.

BTSO (Pty) Ltd, trading as Bubble Tea Shop Online, started in 2016 when we saw a burgeoning demand for bubble tea products in South Africa. We started small with a simple website, where we made about 4 sales a month, and grew to be South Africa’s largest supplier of Bubble Tea products, both direct to the consumer via our website and to the HoReCa Industry (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafes) where we have helped dozens of businesses make and sell bubble tea for a profit.
